Course Description

The IMM Coating Inspector Level 2 Certification Program, designed to deepen participants’ technical expertise and equip them with the skills to conduct inspection analysis and monitoring using a structured, systematic diagnostic approach.

Prerequisites

  IMM Coating Inspector Level 1 OR equivalent courses, AND

  Minimum 6 months documented working experience

Objectives

  Specify protective paint/coating system to a variety of substrates
• •
  Supervise the preparation of substrates prior to painting
• •
  Supervise the application of paint coatings
• •
  Conduct inspections to satisfy clients/industry & government standards
• •
  Diagnose and rectify faults in paint coatings and communicate in written form

Who Should Apply?

The program is suitable for candidates who has already been certified as Coating Inspector Level 1 or others with equivalent qualification.
